Robert Seven-Crows Bourdon is a mixed blood, a “bois brûlé” or simply a mixed race. He has Acadian and Mi’gmaq roots. He is a citizen of the Métis Nation of Canada. 

For several years, he has participated in storytelling and music festivals in Quebec, Canada, Europe, the Middle East, Wales, Brazil, Africa, French Guiana and New Caledonia. 

In addition to traveling as a storyteller/singer/musician, Robert works in the prison environment with Indigenous men and has worked at the Kumik Elders Lodge at the Department of Indigenous Services Canada in Ottawa.
