A native of Moncton, New Brunswick, Marc Arseneau was born on April 6, 1971. From 1991 to 2002, he was director of the Acadian creative magazine Éloizes and organizer of several poetry evenings. In poetry, he is the author of : À l'antenne des oracles (1992), L'Éveil de Lodela (1998), Avec l'idée de l'écho (2002) and Turbo goéland (2018), all published by Perce-Neige. In 2021, Le fantôme de Madeleine was published by Écrits des Forges. He publishes in a number of literary journals. In music, he has collaborated with Les Oranges bleues and Les Païens. He has performed readings in Canada, France and the United States. A teacher, he lives in Louisbourg on Cape Breton Island, Nova Scotia.
