Co-Artistic Director the Opening Festival
Jacques Blinn hails from Church Point, Nova Scotia. Co-founder of the band Cy, Jacques is a multi-instrumentalist who also plays with P'tit Belliveau and Peanut Butter Sunday, in addition to contributing artistic and musical direction to several different projects. He holds a Bachelor of Music degree from the Université de Moncton and manages the Productions pour le peuple studio in Grosses Coques.
