Gerard LeBlanc was born and raised in Wedgeport. He married Diane Cann in 1972 and moved to South Ohio, where he still resides. He is the father of a daughter and a son and a papa of two grandchildren. He played music in local bands and solo for approximately 60 years. He is a barber by trade, but also drove a school bus. More recently, he owns a business selling fishing boats & licenses. Now retired, he enjoys entertaining in nursing homes and, during the summer, performing at Trout Point Lodge with his Samuel de Champlain history/story.
