Photo de Dyane Léger

Poet, animal, wild, Dyane Léger wanders the landscapes bequeathed to her by her ancestors. In love with books, wood, animals and humans who move through the world without a trace, she prefers to live in the circle of friendship, in the company of the sacred. From her lair, she continues her inexhaustible apprenticeship in the alphabet and beauty. Dyane Léger is the first Acadian poet to be published in Acadia, the author of the founding work Perce-Neige in 1980, and a leading figure in Acadian literature. Mayday is her sixth collection of poetry and her ninth book. The collection is published by Prise de parole.
