The Doucet group is made up of 5 local musicians.

Lloyd Doucet began his musical career with the band Night Prowlers in 1964. He has been in several bands – including Man and Peace and Borderline. The people of Clare and Par-en-Bas have surely all heard Lloyd sing.

Tony Doucet, from Anse-des-Belliveau, is known as a “rocker” and has been playing guitar and mandolin for around fifty years. His first musical group was Dans l’Anse. He also played in River Road and is part of the group La Rig à Tony.

Jason Saulnier, bass guitar, is originally from Saulnierville and has over 30 years of experience in the local music scene. He is a member of the groups SetList, La Rig à Tony, and others, while serving as president of the Far Out Festival.

Julien Weaver, the “drummer,” is from Bas-de-la-Rivière. He has been playing drums and guitar for over 50 years and has been part of Bonded Stock, Bluegrass Acadie and La Rig à Tony.

Adrienne Blinn, keyboard and flute, has been playing since a young age. She took music lessons in college and taught piano lessons for several years. She accompanies the choir Les Voix dans l’vent and plays the flute in la Fanfare régionale de Clare.
