Vice-Chair
Originally from Amirault’s Hill in the Municipality of Argyle, Nova Scotia, Mr. Frotten is the Chief Administrative Officer of the Municipality of Barrington.
He has held many volunteer positions with various organizations connected with Acadian culture, notably the Société des Jeux de l’Acadie and the Conseil acadien de Par-en-Bas.
The development of Acadian culture and prosperity of Acadian and francophone communities are central to Mr. Frotten’s personal and professional life.
