Originally from Little Brook in the Municipality of Clare, Nova Scotia, Ms. Doucet is an entrepreneur.
She is very involved in and passionate about economic development in her region.
Ms. Doucet appreciates the many opportunities she has to interact with partners in economic development and the community in general. She was one of the founding members of the Gran Fondo Baie Sainte-Marie, which was the largest cycling event east of Quebec at the time.
